YP students a force in school surfing

Yorke Peninsula was well-represented in the second round of the South Australian School Surfing competition at the Dump, Victor Harbor, on Friday, May 18.

Students from Yorketown Area School and Immanuel College flew the flag for YP, winning two divisions and two second places, in windy and rainy three-to-four-foot surf.

YAS groms Corey Taylor and Ed Tooze won the under-16 boys, which follows their win in round one.
