PAC students’ connection with Bublacowie

PRINCE Alfred College established Wambana Campus, Point Turton, a decade ago to accommodate an extended stay program for year 9 students.

As part of each five-week stay, students participate in a community learning project which has involved lending a hand and establishing links with a number of local groups including progress associations, Leisure Options and Southern Yorke Peninsula Landcare.

The link with Chris Soar from Bublacowie Military Museum has continued since the first group came to Wambana and started the community service component.
