JAPANESE student Nina Kondo is settling in well at Kadina Memorial School after being welcomed at the start of the year.
The year 11 student from northwest of Tokyo is staying with the Ingham family and finding the study load manageable because “everyone is so friendly”.
A birthday invitation, female football and a Netflix subscription have made for a smooth transition to country Australian life.
