Beat weed seeds with three-pronged attack

FARMERS should consider implementing a three-pronged attack to drive down weed seed banks and control the development of herbicide resistance.

University of Adelaide herbicide resistance expert Dr Chris Preston has urged farmers to introduce the three effective control practices.

“Three weed control tactics per crop, per year, every year is what we need to aim for,” he said.
