A PORT Wakefield traffic management study is complete, and independent Member for Frome Geoff Brock is pushing for dual lanes to be built through the town.
The state government committed $150,000 for the study to identify cost-effective solutions to the regular traffic jams and safety issues in the town.
Mr Brock said he would recommend all major parties consider building dual lanes through Wakefield, and not a bypass, ahead of the state election.
