First parkrun event a runaway success

TO say organisers of Edithburgh’s first official parkrun were happy with the launch would be an understatement.

More than 70 people lined up to tackle the five-kilometre course along the Edithburgh clifftop on Saturday, January 20.

Local runners were also joined by 30 self-described parkrun addicts from other groups.
