Ovine Johne’s Disease vaccine investigated

SHEEP producers are asked to participate in a new survey investigating the effectiveness of the Gudair vaccine for Ovine Johne’s Disease.

The one-page survey is being launched this week as part of a project funded by Meat & Livestock Australia and led by researchers at The University of Sydney.

Gudair is the only vaccine in Australia for OJD and the survey will explore why the responses to the vaccine varies on some properties.
