Alison picks up art prize

WOKURNA artist Alison Broughton-Wright won the wild or endangered fauna category in the eighth Solar Art Prize.

She picked up $5000 in products for her three-dimensional piece, Imper­manence, which was on display in the South Australian Institute Building in Adelaide.

There were 150 submissions from 97 artists and 75 works were short-listed by the judges, including another of Mrs Broughton-Wright’s works.
