No weather effect on harvest

YORKE Peninsula was shocked by another short dose of wintry weather late last week but it’s not expected to affect local crops greatly.

Northern Yorke Peninsula received 10mm-30mm of rain while the bottom end recorded about 5mm-15mm.

Kadina agronomist Chris Davey expected the rain to only cause minor delays, depending on how quickly the crops dry out.
