Bush camping popular on YP

YORKE Peninsula is a favourite bush-camping destination for South Aussies, many of its campgrounds located at or close to spectacular beaches.

Recent additions to Yorke Peninsula Council’s bush-camping sites are Daly Head campground near Corny Point, Port Minlacowie, Parara (Ardrossan) and Foul Bay campgrounds.

“Bush camping continues to grow as socio-environmental tourism takes off,” YPC Bush Camping Working Party chairperson Councillor Adam Meyer said.
