Root disease management course for agronomists

AGRONOMISTS from Australian grain-growing regions are invited to participate in the 2017 PREDICTA B root disease management course coming up next week.

The one-day course provides accreditation for delivering PREDICTA B, the soil testing service which enables identification of the pathogens posing the greatest risk to cereal crops.

Other course topics include yield loss risk categories for established tests, population density categories for new tests, disease management options, effects of season, soil sampling strategies, interpreting and understanding PREDICTA B results and using PREDICTA B to make better variety, rotation and management decisions.
