Charli’s story raises $196,000 for RSPCA

RSPCA South Australia has raised more than $196,000 by telling the story of a local animal cruelty case.

Authorities found 18-month-old Australian terrier Charli with two broken legs at a Moonta home in 2014.

Her bones were snapped in two; however, she hadn’t been taken to a vet and left in agony for more than a week until she was saved.
