Yorketown Fuel back on track

THE petrol pumps are operating again at Yorke­town Fuel, two years after initially planned.

Owner Belinda McGorm was forced to put her plans to reopen the service station on hold when hydrochloric acid was poured into petrol storage tanks but the business is now back on track.

“We’ve been limping along ever since the attack selling LPG and diesel and doing tyre repairs,” she said.
