Maitland, Ardrossan ambos unable to get crews together

PEOPLE requiring emergency assistance in Maitland and Ard­rossan were forced to wait as neither station had volunteers available one day late last month.

Wallaroo crews had to respond to two incidents in Maitland, and one in Ard­rossan, on the last day of school holidays, Sunday, April 29.

SA Ambulance Service country service delivery acting director Lorraine Amos said a volunteer crew from Ardrossan operated from 8pm that night.
