Wakefield RC replacing faded signs

WAKEFIELD Regional Council’s sign-replacement program is being accelerated after the approval of a $10,000 boost this financial year.

Council decided to bring forward $10,000 from future budgets, making the program now worth $50,000 in 2018-19, last month.

The extra funding will allow all faded road and street name signs to be replaced throughout the district.
